3rd Annual BBQ Cook-Off
We will be holding our 3rd Annual BBQ Cook-Off on May 15th from 11 a.m. til 3 p.m at the Farmer's Market
Community Complex.
The prices are $5.00 per person and 6 and under free. This will entitle you to a bowl & fork to sample the entries,
baked beans, cole slaw, a ballot for the People's Choice Grand Champion, and raffle ticket for prizes. Drinks will be available!
There will be live entertainment, for a day of family fun!
For Those Wishing To Enter The BBQ Cook-Off
Entry Categories are as follows:
* Pork/ Pulled Pork
* Beef or Pork Ribs
* Chicken
* Beef Brisket
There will be two divisions of cookers, Amatuer and Professional.
There will be over $2,000 in prizes.
Cookers/ Contestants must set up their cooking on Friday, May 14th from noon till 5 p.m. Cookers must furnish their own meat
and cook a minimum of 35 lbs. Judging will begin at 10 a.m. May 15th.
Farmer's Market is located on 70N just past K-Mart on the right side of the road, in front of Community Complex.
