Most CCI programs have income restrictions. The chart at the bottom of this page shows the maximum income your family can have
to qualify for the various types of home buyer assistance offered by Creative Compassion Inc.
Please contact our office if you have a low income and are in need of housing repairs or senior assisted living.

CREDIT REQUIREMENTS: CCI homebuyer assistance programs require that you have reasonably good, but not necessarily perfect, credit.
Many credit mistakes and problems can be cleared up in a short time.
The only way to determine if you have clean credit or credit problems that must be cleared up is to submit an application and have a Credit Report pulled for you.
